POWER FLOW
This class flows from pose to pose in a heated room, building towards challenging your body and mind to its edge. We’ll move at a faster pace paired with some awesome tunes. Each teacher’s style and music playlists is unique. Heated classes are between 80-95 degrees using infrared technology. You’ll leave feeling renewed and accomplished. This class is great for an active recovery day or as a workout in itself. Some yoga experience is helpful.
ALL LEVELS FLOW
This class is accessible to all levels of yoga experience. The moderate pace allows students time to settle into each posture and flow through sequences with intention, increase body awareness, and build strength for your body and mind. Each teacher’s style and music playlists is unique. Heated classes are between 80-90 degrees using infrared technology. This class is excellent on active recovery workout days. All levels welcome.
GENTLE YOGA
This class offers a chance for your body to reset, whether you’re sore from a hard workout, or you are tight from sitting or standing all day. The teacher guides you deeper into a series of postures with intentional movement at a slower pace. This is a great compliment to a tough training day meant to help you recover and feel renewed. Beginner friendly.
PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP INSTRUCTION
