Krystah
I'm a Navy veteran, holistic women's health practitioner, and birth & postpartum specialist with a deep passion for yoga. For the past 10 years, yoga has been my anchor, offering physical and mental healing as I navigated motherhood and personal growth. Yoga helped me reconnect to myself in a way I hadn't known was possible, and teaching it gives me the privilege of creating space for others to do the same in an increasingly disconnected world.
I hold certifications in prenatal and postnatal yoga, Mamalates, mat Pilates, Vinyasa, Hatha, restorative, and trauma-informed yoga. When not teaching yoga, I offer a holistic approach to healing and wellness, guiding women through every stage of life—from pregnancy to postpartum recovery and beyond.
When I am not working, you'll find me sipping coffee (only in the morning), homeschooling my kids, finding ways to pet farm animals, or making herbal remedies. My taste in music is eclectic, ranging from new country to old-school rap. I'm always up for an adventure—a hike in the woods or a road trip to a new destination.
For me, yoga is more than just something to achieve. It's a continued lifestyle practice. It's my way of staying grounded, connected, and present. Through teaching, I hope to offer that same connection to the students who come to their mat, providing a space for them to be fully present with themselves, feel empowered, and rediscover their sense of balance.
I see you. I hear you. I honor you.
